What do I do as I have been treated badly at work by my manager, he seems to favour people from where he comes fromandtreatsmebadly

Discrimination needs a detailed look into the issues before deciding on it. We need to know what the unfavourable treatment is. Then we need to compare your treatment to that of someone else and take it from there. You need to keep a record of the examples of less favourable treatment, when, where, time, who was present and what was said or done.

Before taking matters forward best to raise a grievance so that the matter can be looked into. Then also if you have a union get them involved as it will mean they can support you. If it is not resolved then the next step would be not to delay in taking the matter through acas before possibly raising a tribunal claim. Be aware of time limits asthey are strict with time limits.
